If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the item’s purchase price, less applicable return shipping charges. We do not refund original shipping costs.

To qualify for a refund, your returned item must be received at ReaNatral within 30 days of receipt, in the original packaging, with all parts and in the same condition as you initially received it.

Items received by us that are ineligible for return and items received after the allowable return period will not be processed and may be returned to you at your cost. Consumable products can be returned only after reasonable trial. For example, empty cartons or pouches will not be accepted as a returned item.

You will simply need to complete our refund form and provide your order number, e-mail address associated with your order and a brief description of the problem/reason for return.

We will then contact you with a Return Shipping Label (RSL).
